Summer Bowl started in 2017 by a guy from Hawai’i and a girl from Thailand. We met in the summer of 2016 in the University of Hawai’i. After one year, we decided to live in Bangkok together. It was rare to see any foods from Hawai’i, so we wanted to bring a taste of aloha to this city. We were influenced by the flavors of the islands. Hawai'i is full of farm fresh ingredients used to make healthy food and drinks. We wanted to use the same concept by using fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, from local farmers in Thailand, in every menu item. One thing we are strongly against is using added sugar and syrup. We wanted to bring the similar taste and culture to Bangkok. Our goal is to provide fresh healthy food that everyone is able to enjoy. Our shop on Thonglor 13 is a place for everyone to feel at home and enjoy themselves.
